Christian Nodal and Cazzu are no longer a couple, but el amor remains.
The Mexican singer-songwriter and Argentinian songstress revealed they split up in an emotional social media post Thursday. The former couple did not disclose the cause of their breakup.
The news comes eight months after the singers welcomed a daughter in September 2023.
"The time has come to share that Juileta and I are taking our separate paths,” Nodal wrote on his Instagram stories, in Spanish. “Our love and mutual respect remain strong, especially in our role as parents to our wonderful daughter, Inti. I am deeply grateful for the moments we shared and will always carry those memories fondly."
He added: "I appreciate your support and understanding during this time of change."

Cazzu addresses Christian Nodal breakup: 'Everything heals'
Cazzu, born Julieta Emilia Cazzuchelli, reposted Nodal's message on her Instagram stories Thursday. She also wrote a follow-up message addressing the breakup.
"Artists are a screen of what happens in real life. You go through love, heartbreak, successes and mistakes with us," Cazzu wrote, in Spanish. "Today, as it was many times and as there are still many, you accompany us, some with hate and others with much love. Thank you. Everything heals."

Nodal and Cazzu began dating in 2022. In a March interview with Billboard, Nodal reflected on how his tour life had changed since starting a family with the "Maléfica" singer.
"I remember those times when I would come down from the stage and feel alone," Nodal said at the time. "Now I come down to a stroller with my baby in it, and it all seems perfect. … When she was born, I was feeling exhausted. I don’t know how I managed to change diapers, but she gives me energy, motivation and strength."
